Description:

- Seed pods from the Gleditsia Triacanthos tree, also known as the Honey Locust, Thorny Locust, Sweet Locust, or the Three Thorned Acacia.

- The seeds are dark brown and come from a green colored seed pod that turns dark brown when ripe and ready to fall. 

- The inside of the pods also contain a sweet honey comb like crunchy pulp

- The seed pods can be used in many recipes like sweet powder, coffee, or beer
