- Seeds from the Washingtonia Robusta tree, also known as the Mexican Fan Palm, Washington Fan Palm, Priest Palm, or the Thread Palm.

- The seeds are tan/light brown and come from a dark brown bumpy textured shell. 

- The leaves this tree produces are bright green, pointy, and shaped like a fan. 

- The tree can grow up to 100 ft. tall and grows at a rate of up to 5 ft. per year
